As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. This includes leading staff, managing processes, and executing strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through facilities and equipment maintenance along with adherence to proper food safety procedures.
You will assist the Restaurant Manager with proper task execution and completion, schedule and cash integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. You will also understand financial reporting to include analyzing profit and loss statements and affecting change to capture and capitalize on opportunities.
