🛠 What You'll Do
🎯 People Operations
- Manage employee onboarding/offboarding, provisioning accounts and devices.
- Coordinate benefits, HRIS updates, and data integrity across platforms.
- Support engagement, culture, and internal communication initiatives.
- Maintain personnel records, compliance documentation, and knowledge bases.
- Resolve IT help desk tickets and handle first-line tech troubleshooting.
- Manage Google Workspace users, software licenses, and device inventory.
- Support domain management and DNS routing.
- Oversee MDM and light AV equipment support for collaboration spaces.
- Build and refine SOPs, automate workflows via Zapier or Make.
- Help implement scalable systems for seamless cross-functional collaboration.
- Continuously improve accuracy, efficiency, and employee experience metrics

- 1-3 years in HR coordination, IT support, or office operations.
- Familiar with ADP TotalSource, Google Admin Console, HRIS systems.
- Basic knowledge of device setup, help desk systems, and domain routing.
- Bonus: experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make)
