EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of three years of experience in network and systems administration.
- Proficiency in managing computer networks, servers, and associated hardware and software.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, security practices, and system integration.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Desktop PC support and troubleshooting.
- Design, implement, and maintain computer networks, servers, and related infrastructure.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end users on network and systems-related issues.
- Utilize ticketing system to document, prioritize, and track support requests and system changes.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on network devices, servers, and software.
- Monitor network performance and security and implement necessary adjustments to ensure optimal operation.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery procedures.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to resolve technical issues and procure necessary equipment and services.
- Develop and maintain documentation for network and systems configurations, procedures, and policies.
- Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies to enhance network and systems capabilities.
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
- Adhere to security standards and policies to safeguard sensitive data and systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
SKILLS KNOWLEDGE AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs.
- Proficiency in managing Windows and Linux server environments.
