Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and representing the hotel in a professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
- Assist with night audit procedures as needed
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role is preferred
- Proficiency in using front desk software and phone systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of hotel management practices is advantageous
- Ability to handle guest relations with professionalism and courtesy
