Receiving / Inventory Clerk – Houston, TX
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about keeping operations running smoothly? We’re looking for a Receiving / Inventory Clerk to join our dynamic team in Houston! In this role, you’ll be responsible for handling incoming shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring our warehouse is well-organized.
What You’ll Do :
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
- Record and update inventory levels in the system to ensure stock accuracy
- Label, store, and organize materials in designated warehouse locations
- Assist in cycle counting and inventory audits to prevent discrepancies
- Collaborate with purchasing and warehouse teams to manage stock levels
- Handle documentation, such as invoices, packing slips, and reports
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (training provided if necessary)
- Ensure all safety and quality standards are met
