Pay Range:
$60,188-$100,313/year
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location. Responsibilities:
- Develop high quality materials including eLearning, facilitation materials, participant guides, how to guides, job aids, animations, video, and voiceovers, in alignment with company brand and design standards.
- Gather requirements from a variety of source materials and SMEs through interviews, research, and analysis, and use this information to design and produce documentation and training content.
- Define learning objectives with key stakeholders to ensure an effective approach to and alignment with the broader development strategy.
- Assist with content review to ensure effectiveness, optimize multiple use opportunities, and alignment with program requirements.
- Facilitate or co-facilitate both live and virtual training and professional development sessions.
- Keep up to date on industry conversations about best practices and advances in Learning & Development, Adult Learning, Scrum/Agile and learning technology.
- Leverage Agile principles in development work and consulting with business partners.
- Perform additional duties related to the position as assigned.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Strategic problem solver with the ability to execute.
- Excels in execution, prioritizing and meeting swift deadlines at a fast pace, in a constantly evolving environment.
- Strong collaboration skills to develop best-in-class learning content with other Agile team members.
- Exhibits a curious mindset, always exploring new perspectives and approaches to meet client needs.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Prior training experience, formally or informally
- Experience using standard authoring tools (such as Articulate, Camtasia), web-based meeting tools (Zoom, Webex, Teams), and Learning Management Systems (Saba) is desired.
- Demonstrated knowledge of instructional design techniques and practice.
- Prior classroom or virtual facilitation experience training adults.
- Awareness of Agile/Scrum methodology for learning and development.
