Responsibilities and Minimum Qualifications :
- Familiarity with project controls, schedule skills (schedule management, schedule reporting), and financial skills (budget management, financial reporting), SAP, and Masterworks EPPM.
- Experienced SharePoint and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) user.
- Expert level working knowledge of Primavera Contract Manager (PCM), familiarity with other Document control products (e.g. Documentum).
- Excellent working knowledge of document control processes, change management and Good Documentation Practices.
- Strong attention to detail and an expert in version control and configuration management.
- Collect project performance data such as open requests for information, document status, and overdue document approvals.
- Flows-down document control requirements to vendors, supports integration into the document control system.
Preferred Qualifications :
Associate degree with minimum of five (5) years of practitioner experience with Document Control, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
