Lead Global initiative defining global strategy
May require a tech solution to be pulled to help optimize projects
Requirements
Bachelor's or Masters degree Life Science, business, or related field
Conduct comprehensive ESG research and analysis, evaluating clients performance against industry-specific criteria and standards.
Identify key ESG risks, opportunities, and trends, providing insights to support strategic decision-making and risk mitigation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement ESG strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with sustainability objectives.
Monitor and measure ESG performance indicators, track progress, and produce regular reports to communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders.
Use critical thinking to break down complex concepts.
Proven ability to solve problems creatively and independently lead and deliver large projects.
Excellent analytical skills
3-5 years of experience leading ESG or Emission related projects.
At least 7-10 years experience within the Life Science Industry required.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and methodologies.
