Global ESG Strategy Expert Responsibilities :
Lead Global initiative defining ESG strategyConduct comprehensive ESG research and analysis, evaluating client’s performance against industry-specific criteria and standardsIdentify key ESG risks, opportunities, and trends, providing insights to support strategic decision-making and risk mitigationDevelop a global roadmap and ESG protocol(s) to push down to client sites globallyCollaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement ESG strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with sustainability objectivesMonitor and measure ESG performance indicators, track progress, and produce regular reports to communicate findings to internal and external stakeholdersUse critical thinking to break down complex conceptsMay require a technical solution to optimize projectsRequirements
Bachelor's or Masters degree Life Science, business, or related fieldConduct comprehensive ESG research and analysis, evaluating client’s performance against industry-specific criteria and standards.Identify key ESG risks, opportunities, and trends, providing insights to support strategic decision-making and risk mitigation.Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement ESG strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with sustainability objectives.Monitor and measure ESG performance indicators, track progress, and produce regular reports to communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders.Use critical thinking to break down complex concepts.Proven ability to solve problems creatively and independently lead and deliver large projects.Excellent analytical skills3-5 years of experience leading ESG or Emission related projects.At least 7-10 years experience within the Life Science Industry required.Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and methodologiesBenefits
