Role Purpose Statement
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk/Coordinator who will be responsible for paying vendors invoices, reviewing and auditing POs for accuracy, researching invoices and po’s discrepancies. This is a standard day shift however, may require

Main Accountabilities
- Paying invoices
- Conduct daily reconciliation of invoices and purchase orders; research and resolve issues as needed
- Assist with once-a-month inventory cycle counting – which may require working a weekend day
- Prepare quick-pay requests and forward to headquarters for processing
- Assist with miscellaneous finance functions as needed
- Complete other clerical responsibilities when needed
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently (1/3 to 2/3 of time) to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body; Work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time; walking and standing are required only occasionally.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three years accounts payable and/or applicable clerical experience
- Verbal/Written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Analytical skills and a strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Problem solving skills; ability to make independent decisions.
- This is a standard day shift however, you MUST be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
