Our Reeds Rains branch in Castleford is looking to recruit a highly motivated Lettings Manager on full time, permanent basis.

As a Lettings Manger working at Reeds Rains, we are proud to offer:
- On Target Earning (OTE) uncapped £35,000 - £40,000 per annum including car allowance

In the role of a Lettings Manager you will be responsible for growing and developing the Lettings business within the branch by:
- Generating and conducting Lettings Appraisals
- Winning and gaining new instruction on properties to let
- Business Prospecting and proactive activity
- Local market knowledge and networking
- Maximising branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
- Displaying excellent customer service at all times
As a target driven individual you will ideally have experience within the Lettings industry and have relevant and up to date Lettings legislation knowledge.
A full UK driving license is essential.
This branch is independently owned and operated by FAVSCO23 under a franchise arrangement and is part of a national network of Reeds Rains branches.
