Job Title: Program Manager (Guidewire BillingCenter Project Delivery Experience)
Work Location: Urbandale, IA / Remote
Responsibilities:
- Expertly drives the successful delivery of Guidewire State rollout project
- Manage overall program at a high-level including charter and project plans
- Reporting on program performance to executive team and directors
- Report consolidated program progress and metrics
- Monitor and manage finance budget resource scope and timeline for the entire program
- Monitor control and support delivery ensuring systems Process Governance
- Help resolve escalated issues roadblocks and conflicts
- Manage program risks and contingency plan
- Maintain open channel of communication
- Engage stakeholders at appropriate levels for decision making and direction setting
- Ensure quality standards policies principles and practices are followed and enforced at all levels
- Integral part of Steering Committee Meetings reviews
- Ability to clearly form and communicate ideas for wide audiences both internal and external client stakeholders
- Close coordination of work with onsite and offshore teams
- Works with project owners to develop and prioritize the backlog and removes any impediments that would prevent the team from achieving its sprint goals internal to the team as well as external dealing with all cross functional teams as appropriate
- Strong Individual experience and expertise in a Property and Casualty Insurance domain in driving projects for multiple clients in a global context
- Drives process improvements toward consistent delivery of working products
- Must have experience handling Guidewire PolicyCenter BillingCenter ClaimCenter projects
- Proven ability as a Program Manager demonstrated progression through project management positions
- Ability to establish credibility with clients through understanding their needs and building compelling solutions
Technical Skills:
- 12 - 15 years of P&C insurance experience
- Minimum 5 years of Guidewire project delivery experience
- Must have at least one state rollout experience for PolicyCenter
- Technical certification in one or more Insurance Suite module
- Guidewire PolicyCenter BillingCenter ClaimCenter
- Superior analytical skills
- Proficiency with MS Project PowerPoint and MS Visio
Must have:
- Must have at least one state rollout experience
- Excellent working knowledge of core insurance systems and integration footprint experience with core system replacement data migration and complex program management
- Strong decision-making judgment and analytical skills
- Ability to work in collaborative team environment for on/off model
- Agile Delivery ownership
Good to have:
- PMP Certification
- AINS 21222324 Certification
- Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional virtual teams
- Understanding of how different projects interlink and overlap
