Job Title: ServiceNow Architect
Location: Erlanger, KY (Onsite)
Job Description:
As an Architect you are responsible for providing technical leadership to small size/complexity/order-value projects. You are expected have depth of knowledge of specified technological area, which includes knowledge of applicable processes, methodologies, standards, products and frameworks.
You would be responsible for defining and documenting architecture, capturing and documenting non-functional (architectural) requirements and should provide technical leadership to project team to perform design to deployment related activities, provide guidance, perform reviews, prevent and resolve technical issues.
Role/Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and support of ServiceNow; provide guidance, training, and support to IT and business stakeholders
- Participate in the research, analysis, and development of new applications and new modules in IT Service Management or other modules of ServiceNow
- Over all 12 years of industry experience with minimum 6 - 8 years of ServiceNow specific experience
- In depth understanding of technical architecture of ServiceNow
- Table level expertise to carryout impact analysis for incorporating changes to existing functionalities
- Sound hands-on experience and knowledge on ServiceNow integrations
- Hands-on experience in CMS(ServiceNow portal) and Service portal technologies
- Must have played a customer facing role with experience in ServiceNow Solution design
- Custom app development experience good to have
- Follows Best practices in ServiceNow development activities/coding
- Should be strong (functional and technical) with most core modules of ServiceNow – ITSM, ITOM, Integrations, Orchestration
- Experience on modules like ITBM, SecOps, HR is good to have
- Good communication skills
- ServiceNow Certified associates preferred
