Project Coordinator

Lucas James Talent Partners has a client hiring for a Project Coordinator position.

Role Overview:

This role supports internal operations and enhances client experiences by managing projects from start to finish. You will serve as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, product sourcing, and project execution. We are seeking a candidate with strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide consistent, meaningful support to clients throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Research, source, and recommend promotional products aligned with client marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, including detailed costing workbooks and proposals.
• Negotiate pricing with suppliers, managing all aspects of product costs, inventory, decoration methods, and shipping logistics.
• Utilize CRM and project management tools (such as Monday, SAGE, and Antera) to manage client accounts and tasks efficiently.
• Set up and maintain online e-commerce platforms and client portals.
• Ensure clear communication within the team, providing detailed project instructions and delegating tasks as necessary.
• Maintain and organize product samples, ensuring accurate inventory tracking and display in the office or showroom.
• Manage contracts, vendor relations, and logistics for events and product deliveries.
• Attend supplier meetings and industry shows (PPAI, ASI) to stay current on product offerings and trends.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of customer service, project coordination, or account management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), CRM tools, and project management platforms.
• Experience in the promotional products, custom packaging, manufacturing, or hospitality industries is a plus.
• Knowledge of product decoration methods (screen printing, embroidery, digital transfers, etc.) is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
