Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and mechanical knowledge, ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in optimal condition.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform general repairs and maintenance on buildings, including plumbing and electrical.
- Oversee vehicle and mowing equipment for general preventative maintenance and repair.
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repair.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
