  • Summary

    We are looking for a Director, Marketing to join our Marketing team in Nashville, TN. The Director, Marketing will report directly to the VP, Marketing and Strategy and will be responsible for driving brand awareness. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, defining copy and design of marketing materials across all channels, overseeing campaigns, and optimizing brand positioning to increase customer engagement and revenue growth. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and strategy to align marketing campaigns with business objectives and measuring results.

    Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the marketing strategy :
  • Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company goals.

  • Oversee market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to drive strategic decisions.
  • Establish brand positioning, messaging, and marketing tactics to enhance brand awareness.
  • Develop a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with brand positioning and business goals.
  • Lead marketing campaigns & initiatives :
  • Plan, develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy (including web, social media, email).

  • Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all platforms.
  • Oversee content creation, public relations, and other marketing partnerships.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create compelling brand storytelling that resonates with target audiences.
  • Team leadership & collaboration :
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, sales support, client services and others to ensure alignment on marketing objectives.

  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners.
  • Product launch support & go-to-market strategy :
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring maximum market penetration and customer adoption.

  • Collaborate with product, sales, and client services to position new offerings effectively and create compelling launch messaging.
  • Performance analysis :
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics.

  • Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
  • Identify opportunities to adjust and refine marketing activities based on results.
  • Innovation & industry trends :
  • Stay updated on marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

  • Find innovative ways to connect with target audiences and increase brand awareness and reach.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications & Professional License Requirements

  • 7 years of progressive marketing experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred.)
  • Demonstrated success in driving measurable content engagement and marketing performance.
  • Deep expertise in content marketing, SEO, digital advertising, social media, and growth marketing.
  • Strong ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
