Summary
We are looking for a Director, Marketing to join our Marketing team in Nashville, TN. The Director, Marketing will report directly to the VP, Marketing and Strategy and will be responsible for driving brand awareness. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, defining copy and design of marketing materials across all channels, overseeing campaigns, and optimizing brand positioning to increase customer engagement and revenue growth. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and strategy to align marketing campaigns with business objectives and measuring results.
Job Responsibilities
Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company goals.
Plan, develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy (including web, social media, email).
Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, sales support, client services and others to ensure alignment on marketing objectives.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring maximum market penetration and customer adoption.
Monitor, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics.
Stay updated on marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
