We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Change Order Facilitator to support Operations and Estimating teams. This role is responsible for initiating, documenting, and tracking change events as jobs progress, ensuring all additional tasks and construction change directives (CCDs) are properly recorded. The ideal candidate will work closely with project teams and subcontractors to ensure cost accuracy and proper documentation. This position plays a critical role in maintaining project financials by ensuring timely and organized change order processes.
