We are hiring a Compensation Analyst for our Global Compensation Team.
You'll be responsible for all the traditional analysis of a compensation professional in addition to partnering with the broader HR team to educate and administer Lucid's compensation programs. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable with strategic decisions, and execution of critical deliverables, has strong attention to detail, and is driven by a desire to meet business needs through a consultative approach for a fast-growing organization.
This position will report to our Head of Compensation while partnering directly with the organization to deliver world-class results.
The role is based in Lucid's Michigan office (Southfield, MI).
You Will :
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure the company's compensation are competitive and aligned with industry trends and best practices.
- Utilize Radford, Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, and Comp for job benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures.
- Conduct detailed compensation analysis using Excel, including data modeling and financial projections.
- Audit compensation data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Solve complex compensation-related problems and provide data-driven recommendations to support business objectives.
- Create compelling PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Analyze compensation data to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness, identifying trends and making strategic recommendations.
- Perform cost-benefit analysis and financial projections to support compensation decisions and budget planning.
- Collaborate with HR partners, recruiters, internal departments, and hiring managers to address compensation-related inquiries and provide guidance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compensation to ensure our programs remain competitive and compliant.
- Compile, analyze, review and audit compensation data and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations and company policies.
- Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports related to compensation expenses, headcount, and turnover.
