Collections Specialist
Lucky's Auto Credit–one of the fastest growing subprime dealers in Utah–is looking for a motivated and reliable employee to add to our collections department. With hourly pay & competitive bonuses, the only limit to how much can be earned is your work ethic. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, maintaining a satisfactory percentage of current loan accounts, and providing general customer service. This position is primarily on the phone and the computer in an office setting and environment. Be a part of a highly successful team in a growing and expanding company.
Position Type: Full-Time (40 Hours/Week)
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday; 9:00AM – 6:00PM
Wage: $13.00/Hour Competitive Bonuses. Weekly bonus can be majority of pay, based on % accounts that are current/written off.
**Guaranteed $22 hourly during first 90 days, we foresee this position to be able to make up to $25-$30 hourly including the bonuses once fully trained**
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Job Description:
- Customer service and collections position managing customer accounts
- Work with a great team to collectively handle up to 2,000 clients to maintain a satisfactory percentage of current loan accounts
- Assist in the general well-being of the company
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for a queue of customer accounts
- Outbound calls
- Resolving account issues
- Answering incoming calls
- Providing general customer service
- Regular office related tasks will also be required
