2nd Shift Service Advisor/Warranty Administrator

Hours: 12:30pm - 9pm
Dimmick Group Peterbilt, a family-owned and operated dealership, is currently seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a 2nd Shift Service Advisor/Warranty Administrator at our Henrietta, NY location. With over 220 employees across 9 locations in NY, VT, and NH, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with technicians, service office, and parts personnel to ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Regularly communicate and report to the Service Manager.
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
- Help maintain Peterbilt’s Platinum Service Center status.
- Keep customers informed about their truck’s status via phone and through the Decisiv platform, including any delays.
- Meet with customers and determine their needs for repair and/or service of their vehicle issues.
- Maintain the company’s standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service and good employee and community relations.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Experience with CDK and Decisiv preferred.
- Microsoft Proficiency.
- Diesel Repair Knowledge preferred.
- Driven and collaborative.
- Team player.
