Role: Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Ensure freshness of ingredients and control food costs
- Uphold safety and cleanliness standards
- Improve overall kitchen efficiency
- Order supplies and equipment, working closely with vendors
- Store food products safely
- Document operational procedures
- Train and mentor junior team members
- Manage a fast-paced kitchen environment
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in fast-casual restaurant management or kitchen management
- Proven experience in planning menus and ordering ingredients
- Strong knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Job Details:
- Full-time position
- $22/hour, work 50-55 hours per week (overtime paid at 1.5x for hours over 40).
- 5 paid vacation days, 4 paid holidays, and a quarterly bonus (after 2-month trial period)
