COMPANY DESCRIPTION:
Ludlow Composites Corporation is a 80 year old leading manufacturer of PVC and latex foam products serving a variety of different markets.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist both accounts receivable and accounts payable as needed.
- Provide sales team weekly customer/sales rep reporting.
- Review and complete monthly, quarterly, and annual customer rebates.
- Complete monthly sales representative commission reports.
- Provide support with a variety of monthly analysis.
- Organize and maintain retention files for required period of time.
- Assist in month-end closing activities including variance reporting and journal entries.
- Additional tasks as requested by management.
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4-6 years hands-on accounting experience
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, self-starter
- Strong knowledge of computers and experience using Microsoft Office a must.
