What are the responsibilities and job description for the Detail Inspector, Quality Control position at Lufthansa Technik Engine Services, Inc.?
Your tasks as a Detail Inspector, Quality Control may include, among others :
- Provides final return to service on components, sub-assemblies and engines
- Reads and interprets engine manuals, aircraft manuals and work orders to perform required duties
- Creates and uses necessary inspection documents such as Shop Travelers, Dimensional Insp. Sheets, etc.
- Use’s precision measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, etc.) as needed
- Detects errors and corrects through proper departmental channels
- Complies with all company policies, procedures and safety requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Quality Control Supervisor or Manager
