As the Executive & Personal Assistant to the CEO/Founder, you will provide high-level administrative and personal support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
Executive Support & Calendar Management
- Manage the CEO’s calendar with precision, balancing professional and personal priorities, scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and ensuring efficient daily operations
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel plans while preparing detailed agendas and itineraries
- Draft, edit, and send correspondence on behalf of the CEO, including thank-you notes, memos, and invitations
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders, acting as a liaison for vendors, clients, and collaborators
- Assist in planning and executing company-wide events, such as offsites, all-hands meetings, and special projects
Personal Assistance
- Oversee the CEO’s personal schedule, including appointments, errands, and household management tasks
- Arrange personal travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and creating comprehensive itineraries
- Handle household needs such as maintenance schedules, deliveries, vehicle upkeep, and personal shopping
- Manage and organize personal correspondence, mail, and packages
- Act as a trusted liaison with family members, friends, and personal service providers, ensuring smooth communication and support
Special Projects & Problem Solving
- Lead and assist with special projects as assigned, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in managing sensitive information and personal matters
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, proactively addressing challenges and offering creative solutions
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant supporting senior executives
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
