Job Summary

As a Fulfillment Specialist with Lulus, you would be responsible for helping the Fulfillment Department operate smoothly and ensuring Fulfillment team members can operate efficiently. The person occupying this position is responsible for helping the department achieve its overall goal of making sure we are shipping orders to our customers in a timely and efficient manner. Pre-IP helps achieve this goal by; meeting strict and competing shipping deadlines, re-pulling items that were marked missing or lost during picking/processing/packing, ensuring items get replenished in time, and examining processing carts for physical and non-physical items.

What You'll Do

• Re-pull items for shipments
• Ensure replenishment of items for shipments
• Releasing items from orders
• Monitor statuses throughout your scheduled shift
• Assist Shift Leads to ensure shipments are fulfilled within the strict daily deadlines
• Reporting of Fulfillment errors
• Fulfillment Pulling/Processing/Packing as assigned by Fulfillment leadership
• Report metrics to Shift Leads and Supervisor

What You'll Need

• Experience in Fulfillment processes and basic inventory knowledge.
• Intermediate understanding of Lulus shipping policies
• Ability to make sound decisions and manage several priorities in a fast-paced
• environment.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Basic technical aptitude; general computer & network troubleshooting
• Knowledge of warehouse processes and concepts
• Ability to think critically and make sound business decisions
• Strong organizational skills

Physical Requirements for Performing Essential Duties

• Sitting/Standing/Walking: Approximately 10% of the time is spent in varying work areas with approximately 90% of time spent in a warehouse environment
• Speaking/Hearing: Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and supervisors
• Vision: Ability to visualize items around the work area.
• Lifting/Carrying: Ability to lift, carry, and hold up to 50 lbs.
• Stooping/Kneeling: Ability to stoop and/or kneel to access equipment when needed
• Reaching/Handling: Ability to retrieve and work with appropriate equipment and supplies

Base salary is part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include an annual bonus and other benefit programs.
