Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive 3PL Warehouse Manager to lead and oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will manage the seamless flow of goods, including devanning, transloading, and picking and packing processes. Bi-lingual English and Chinese is required. This role demands excellent leadership, logistics expertise, and a customer-first mindset to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Manage and oversee all warehouse processes, including devanning (unloading containers) and transloading (transferring goods between modes of transport).
- Plan and coordinate trucking and container movements - from and to port, and with our partner carriers
- Ensure accurate and efficient receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment that complies with safety standards.
- Implement and uphold standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse activities.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff, including temporary and seasonal workers.
- Schedule and manage labor to meet operational demands while controlling costs.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork among warehouse personnel.
Transportation and Coordination
- Arrange trucks and other modes of transport for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Work closely with carriers and vendors to ensure cost-effective, timely deliveries.
- Resolve issues related to damaged goods, delays, or missing inventory.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (highly preferred).
- Proficiency in speaking and writing Chinese is required to coordinate with international vendors and clients. You will also be coordinating with our team in China
- 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a 3PL or e-commerce fulfillment environment.
- Expertise in Amazon FBA and other platform-specific fulfillment requirements.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
