Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Program Manager, Vision Monitoring to oversee the day-to-day operations of our at-home vision monitoring programs. This individual will be responsible for managing internal teams, ensuring the successful enrollment of new patients and practices, driving program growth, and facilitating collaboration across departments to deliver a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a focus on improving program outcomes and the overall patient experience.

This role is 100% remote with no face-to-face contact with patients. We have a “remote first” environment and are proud to have team members located nationally.

Essential Functions

Frontline Clinical Management

  • Lead and manage a team of remote patient monitoring specialists to ensure high performance and effective service delivery.
  • Lead and manage a team of app onboarding and monitoring specialists.
  • Develop and track departmental/program scorecards to manage frontline team performance.
  • Oversee the program’s forecast, staffing, and resource allocation to meet organizational goals and client needs.

Vision Monitoring Program Management

  • Implement operational policies & procedures for onboarding new personnel and monitoring frontline team performance metrics.
  • Develop operational guidelines for patient monitoring, data reporting, and improving the patient experience through the Vision Monitoring application.
  • Integrate Vision Monitoring workflows into the company’s existing care management pathways. (i.e. PCM)
  • Create SOPs and materials to grow and expand the program across new and existing customer sites.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support for new clients, practices, and providers.
  • Support the Sales team in selling and implementing Vision Monitoring with new practices and clients.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback to recommend and prioritize enhancements to the app.
  • Collaborate with the app development team to improve user experience and program functionality.
  • Partner with the Director of Quality, Training & Compliance to develop audit rubrics and training programs for Vision Monitoring.
  • Engage with the Enrollment leadership team to ensure the seamless integration of new patient enrollments with Vision Monitoring's enrollment processes.

Data Monitoring And Reporting

  • Work alongside the Data team to monitor the ongoing progress of the Vision Monitoring program.
  • Develop and maintain business dashboards in Amazon Quicksight to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and program metrics.

Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in program management or related roles, ideally in healthcare or technology.
  • Extensive experience in Remote Patient Monitoring, Chronic Care Management or similar healthcare program roll-out and/or expansion. (required)
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams in a startup environment (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing).
  • Strong leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills

  • Familiarity with data analytics tools (Salesforce HealthCloud, Amazon Quicksight, Excel/Sheets, etc.) for program performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork and client interaction.
  • Familiarity with customer feedback loops, customer satisfaction measures (NPS, CSAT) and app enhancement processes.
  • Strong understanding of patient enrollment processes and healthcare operations.

Physical Requirements

  • Must have a home office or HIPAA-compliant workspace
  • Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at the desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to hear, speak, call and virtually meet.

Work Environment

In order to perform the essential functions of this job, you must have a dedicated remote workspace, and a wireless connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps of download speed and 10 Mbps of upload speed of dedicated internet bandwidth for each person working from home; the workspace is private and has low to no noise level as you will be on phone calls with patients. It is very important that your workspace is HIPAA compliant; your company issued laptop/pc must maintain visibility that only you can access as you'll be handling patient data. You are also expected to have your camera on during virtual meetings, therefore, you must be in a designated workspace/room for privacy.
