The Role
The Regional Activation Director is a crucial leader responsible for driving sales results and optimizing team performance within the Mid-Market sector. This position collaborates closely with various departments to leverage programs, initiatives, and innovative strategies that enhance sales outcomes. The ideal candidate will embody key leadership principles and foster a culture of customer obsession, while working directly with senior leadership to address and resolve performance gaps.

The Main Responsibilities
- Driving Sales Results in Mid-Markets with strong strategies to maximize revenue.
- Leveraging Programs and Initiatives and ensuring alignment of Marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with Revenue Enablement and Field Marketing Teams to utilize programs that drive sales results.
- Coaching and Development to enable sales leaders' effort focus on business outcomes rather than price and product functionality.
- Provide ongoing training and development to enhance team capabilities.
- Technology Optimization and effective application of technology resources and tools.
- Cultural Leadership with exemplifying Dare to Lead and Customer Obsession principles to enrich the Sales organizational culture.
- Performance Management with working and in hand with Senior Director to identify and address performance gaps within the team.
