Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will support various HR functions, ensuring that our workforce is effectively managed and engaged. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of human resources and be proficient in utilizing various HR systems and tools.
Duties
- Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document processing.
- On-boarding and Orientation, coordinate new hire onboarding, including preparing offer letters, processing background checks, and drug screening.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in generating HR reports.
- Support recruitment activities by scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
- Coordinate company events and employee engagement initiatives.
- Responding to basic HR-related inquiries from employees and managers.
- Assist with benefits administration and documentation.
- Process HR-related documents and ensure proper filing and organization.
- Collaborate with the Operations team on various administrative projects.
- Assist with Job Description updates.
- Track and distribute sexual harassment trainings and other staff required trainings within the Relias program.
- Assist with employee and WC audits.
- Attend meetings, accurately record key discussions (take meeting minutes).
Skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating initiative.
- Previous HR administrative experience is required.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications.
- Proficiency in Excel/Word.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and procedures.
- Strong time management skills.
