Responsibilities
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees ensuring timely completion and accuracy
- Maintain and update employee files, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Post job openings and assist with recruitment efforts utilizing various channels
- Conduct I-9 verifications and ensure proper documentation is collected from all new hires
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed, including data entry, filing, and phone coverage
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing HR processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR department or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
