Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and hardworking Kitchen Production Assistant to join our team. This versatile role is perfect for someone who enjoys being hands-on and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of tasks, including food production and ensuring the smooth operation of our commissary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food Production Support: Assist with food preparation and packaging to meet daily production targets. Ensure all food is prepared according to health and safety standards.
• Organization & Sanitation Duties: Assist with the organization of supplies, equipment, and ingredients within the commissary. Help with loading and unloading deliveries and maintaining the organization of the storage areas. Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned, maintained, and properly stored after use.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and production teams to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a kitchen, production, or warehouse environment is preferred
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations is a plus.
• Servsafe certified or able to complete certification within 30 days of being hired
