Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans that drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Built and maintain productive relationships with customers, identifying and addressing their needs.
- Gather and validate market trends, map account linkages, and apply comprehensive therapeutic knowledge to inform business decisions.
- Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and effectively address payer access issues.
- Apply knowledge of the pharmaceutical environment, including adherence to Lundbeck policies and procedures.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- ~2 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or medical device sales.
- Demonstrate intellectual capacity to score highly on disease and product training exams, including annual certification on product knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
This role requires up to 30% - 40% domestic travel to meet customers and internal personnel within assigned territories.
