What are the responsibilities and job description for the Biller and Title Clerk / Accounts Receivable/Payable Specialist position at Lupient Automotive Group?
Lupient Ford in Baldwin (formerly Flagship Ford) is looking for a full-time Automotive Biller, Titler, and Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team! We rely on our dedicated office staff, serving as the backbone of the organization. This individual has a strong work ethic, problem solving abilities, and thrives in a team-focused environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bill and title new and used car deals
- Reconcile cash daily and prepare deposits
- Perform day to day accounting operations of the store
- Complete month end procedures as assigned
- Receipt and reconcile accounts receivable payment
- Post, reconcile and pay accounts payable
- Prepare sales commissions
- Back up dealer trade vehicle processing
- Back up wholesale vehicle processing
- Assist general and department managers with accounting as needed
- Manage and backup receptionist
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Two years minimum dealership experience required
- Automate experience preferred
- CDK experience is a bonus
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Effective communicator
