HOURS: Full-time or part time positions available. Typical hours are day, afternoon, evening, and weekend hours.

SALARY: Dependent on experience and qualifications
RESPONSIBILITIES: A successful candidate will provide exceptional support to young adults with serious mental health needs. This role will teach clients (ages 18-21) life skills that will help them live in the community. In this position you will assist clients with moving in and out of apartments as needed. You will also teach clients daily living skills and transport clients to work or appointments in the community as needed. A qualified applicant will provide direct client care, maintain/model appropriate boundaries, and teach applicable coping and problem-solving skills. Complete reports and documentation as necessary. Additionally, you will be trained as a medication aide and will be responsible for clients’ daily medication administration.
QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or GED preferred. Experience working with youth preferred. Applicant must be 21 years of age, be able to complete orientation training according to agency program standards, and pass required background checks. Requires valid driver’s license and ability to obtain approved driver status.
