Lutheran Social Services is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to lead the development and execution of the sales strategy driving occupancy growth for our Assisted Living Facility, Hultquist Place!
Job Summary: This role is responsible for leading the sales effort for our assisted living community, ensuring achievement of occupancy and revenue goals, while promoting the Lutheran brand and mission. This role involves building strong relationships with prospective residents, their families, healthcare professionals, and other community referral sources.
Schedule: Full-time, 35-hours per week with potential for more hours, as needed. Hours will mainly be Monday through Friday. Occasional flexibility with hours is required, including evenings or weekends for events and/or tours.
Salary: $24 to $33.22, commensurate with experience
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Business/Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is required.
3-5 years of experience in healthcare or the long-term care industry required.
Proven experience in senior living sales, occupancy management, and/or marketing is a plus!
Must have a valid driver's license.

- Must possess superior presentation skills, both one-on-one and with a group
- Understanding of or the willingness to learn the senior living market, including the competitive landscape and market trends
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of the sales strategy to drive occupancy growth and meet revenue targets
- Cultivate relationships with prospective residents, families, healthcare professionals, and referral sources in the community
- Serve as a resource for prospective residents and their families, providing them with relevant information about our community, care options, amenities, and financial considerations
- Attend community events, conferences, and industry-related gatherings to expand the facility's presence in the market
- Establish and maintain relationships with current residents, families and influencers in the senior care space
- Create, implement, and follow through on events to increase prospective residents and showcase the assisted living community
- Provide high-level customer service while responding to inquiries, generating tours, and providing follow-up
- Create and maintain a follow-up system to ensure consistent communication with prospective leads, while advancing them through the sales pipeline
- Coordinate with the Admissions team to facilitate a smooth transition for new residents and families
- Communicate regularly with the leadership team to assess market trends, competitor activities, and overall community performance
- Assist the Administrator in the identification and/or development of materials (i.e., brochures, press releases, and advertisements) that describe our amenities and services
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company-specific standards for sales activities
