In this position, you will transform requests from the Sales, Service, Marketing and other business units into actionable development tasks for the IT team to deploy on the Salesforce platform.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate cross-functionally across Sales, Service, Marketing and other businesses to work through requests for changes and enhancements on the Salesforce platformCommunicate with internal and external team members regarding recent and upcoming Salesforce changes, helping to ensure that all users optimize the value of the Salesforce platformLeverage your problem solving, project management, and communication skills by working with key stakeholders and leaders to improve existing processes and deploy new capabilities; examples include Customer Service and Tech Support case management processes, customer surveys, and sales processes, among othersWork directly with the IT team to ensure that platform enhancements and new capabilities align with business and quality requirements and add long-term value to the stakeholdersLearn and document existing and future-state business processesIdentify and define ways that the Salesforce platform process improvements can help improve efficiency and effectiveness in those processesLead and drive platform projects to completion with measurable resultsQualificationsBachelor's degree required3 to 5 years of business analysis experience required; experience in a project management, continuous improvement, or information technology role is preferredProven experience with business and technical requirementsProficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office Suite required; experience with Salesforce plus the drive to obtain the Salesforce Administrator Certification preferredExperience with software projects preferredLutron Electronics' position as the worldwide leader in innovative lighting control and shading solutions has enabled consistent, annual growth.
