This role offers an excellent opportunity to deepen your understanding of our customers and product offerings while honing your customer service, sales, and technical skills. You will engage with current and prospective customers (including professional dealers and homeowners) assisting with product education, selection, quoting, and order coordination. As part of the Serena Shades team, you will collaborate with a group of customer-focused individuals dedicated to providing outstanding service and contributing to the growth of our Serena business.

- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat, serving as their comprehensive resource for product selection, specification, design assistance, and issue resolution
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, proactively addressing and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Creative Problem-Solving: Leverage your creative and innovative thinking skills to develop solutions for business challenges
- Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of our Serena shades and Caséta product offerings, ensuring each customer experiences exceptional service
- Relationship Building: Play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing relationships with new customers while maintaining strong connections with existing ones
- Business Growth: Contribute to the company's growth by promoting customer retention and driving sales of new products
- Industry Leadership: Uphold our status as an industry leader through outstanding communication, extensive product knowledge, and exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree required
- If less than 5 years of professional work experience, minimum cumulative 2.80 GPA is required
- 1 - 3 years prior customer-facing or inside sales experience
- Must be located within commutable distance of Las Vegas, NV to accommodate in-office schedule (8am-5pm PST M-F and 6am-3pm 1 Saturday per month)
