Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing exceptional administrative support and customer service. Duties
- Manage the front desk, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Handle incoming calls and provide customer support with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain office organization through effective file management and data entry.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and financial record keeping.
- Perform clerical tasks including typing documents, filing paperwork, and maintaining office supplies.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure a clean and welcoming office environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in an office management or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.

- Monday to Friday
