Job Description:

Compensation:
$50,000.00 to $200,000.00 Annually Commission Full Benefits PTO 401(k)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect with Precision: Identify and create comprehensive lists of potential advertisers in the luxury market.
- Engage with Excellence: Reach out to businesses through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings with decision-makers.
- Network Strategically: Attend high-profile events and network with influential individuals to secure new business.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve and Exceed Targets: Consistently meet and surpass sales targets and quotas, focusing on delivering exceptional value to clients.
- Utilize Advanced Tools: Employ the latest sales software and video conferencing tools to efficiently manage your schedule and client interactions.
- Distribution Excellence: Distribute the magazine bi-monthly to area businesses, real estate offices, and private airports to maintain client interaction and meet prospective clients.
- Lead Management: Daily review of the leads provided from different sources.
- Multi-Channel Communication: Call, email, and use various communication forms to identify the correct product for each client.
- Convert Leads into Customers: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Pipeline Tracking: Track and report on all leads within the pipeline.
- Sales Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition effectively.
- Close Deals: Negotiate and close high-value contracts, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Schedule Appointments: Schedule virtual demonstration appointments with business owners and potential clients.
- Miscellaneous Projects: Work on miscellaneous projects as directed by the Pubisher and Executive Team.
Performance Expectations:
- Ongoing Sales Training
- Minimum of 2.5 Hours of Talk Time Per Day
- 50 Dials Per Day on Average
- Monday - Friday, 8:45 AM - 5:45 PM
- Special Evening and or Weekend Events 1-2 Times Per Month
- Social networking
Qualifications:
- Proven success in sales with a demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets, preferably in media or luxury sales.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Technologically proficient with sales software and video conferencing tools.
- Organized and driven with a proactive approach to sales.
- High-energy and motivated, with a passion for achieving client satisfaction.
