- You will be marketing a Platform that delivers on service earning consecutive awards from both FNMA and Freddie Mac over the past three years.
- We have added more than $47B in UPB (200,000 loans) over the last 2 years and are looking for someone to help us continue to increase our growth trajectory.
- Solid Base Pay the opportunity to earn 2-3x base pay in Sales Commissions target total compensation is $350,000

Position Summary :
The Business Development Executive, Subservicing Sales is a key role to our business, responsible for driving new residential & commercial subservicing sales opportunities. Reporting to the SVP of Subservicing Business Development, this position is specifically focused on developing new & existing relationships with targeted segments of originators, investors, and other mortgage servicing rights owners to grow the PHH subservicing portfolio. This seasoned professional will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle - from lead to close - as this role is specifically designed to drive new subservicing clients to PHH and accelerate growth for the PHH servicing & originations platform

The salary range for this position is expected to be $150,000 - $175,000 per year, depending on geographic location, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for significant production-based incentives based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company's applicable plans.
