Responsibilities :
- Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price
- Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
- Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price
- Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
- Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
- Listing Appointments : Schedule and attend listing appointments with prospective clients to evaluate properties, discuss market conditions, and present our services.
- Secure Listings : Persuade property owners to list their properties with our firm by demonstrating our expertise and value proposition.
- Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research to set competitive listing prices and identify current trends.
- Property Listings : Create compelling property listings, including detailed descriptions and high-quality photos, to attract potential buyers.
- Client Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with expert advice and regular updates throughout the selling process.
- Marketing & Promotion : Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings through various channels, including social media, online platforms, and networking events.
- Open Houses & Showings : Organize and host open houses and private showings to showcase properties to prospective buyers.
- Negotiation : Assist clients in negotiating offers and counteroffers, ensuring the best possible outcome for their sale.
- Transaction Management : Oversee the entire transaction process, from contract to closing, coordinating with buyers, sellers, and other professionals as needed.
