Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations, from prep to service, with a focus on consistency and quality
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on seasonal menu development and R&D
- Maintain a service-first culture and lead a small, focused culinary team
- Uphold luxury standards aligned with Michelin, Forbes, Relais & Châteaux, or AAA 5-Diamond service
- Manage inventory, cleanliness, and adherence to food safety protocols
Qualifications:
- 4 years as a CDC or Exec Sous in fine dining
- Experience in Michelin, Forbes, Relais & Châteaux, AAA 5-Diamond, or James Beard kitchens required
- Strong seafood and coastal New England ingredient knowledge preferred
- Calm, organized leadership style with strong communication skills
