Luxxe Property Solutions is seeking skilled and reliable painters for a short-term contract project in Pullman, WA. You’ll be responsible for repainting residential units during turn season to ensure they’re move-in ready and meet our quality standards. This is a great opportunity for experienced painters who can work independently and deliver clean, consistent results under a tight timeline.
Responsibilities:
- Repaint vacated units, including bedrooms, common areas, and touch-ups
- Ensure all surfaces are properly prepped and finished
- Maintain clean workspaces and follow paint spec standards
- Communicate any damages or material issues to the turn manager
- Work efficiently to complete all assigned units within the project timeline
Project Dates:
August 1–15
You must be available for the full duration of the project.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in residential or apartment painting required
- Must bring your own tools and reliable transportation
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a smartphone for communication and check-ins
- Must be available for the full duration of the project
Compensation:
- Flat rate of $1,800 paid upon successful completion of the project
- Payment issued after all assigned work is completed, inspected, and approved
- No partial payments; full participation and completion are required
- High-performing painters may be considered for future projects

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
