PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The LATAM Marketing team ensures the success of both Givenchy and Kenzo in the region, which is composed of 3 subsidiaries (Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina) and 16 export markets where we sell through distributors.
The Retail Education & Digital Intern will report to the Education Manager and Digital manager and support retail education and digital activities in Latin America.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Retail Education:
- Assist in the management of our learning app. Monitor Bi-weekly progress. Prepare reports to be sent to Brand Managers and, follow up with questions and issues related to the platform, and update the user’s manual.
- My Beauty Play communication content creation: According to the education calendar, regional communications will be sent to all users. Therefore, the Marketing Intern will create and deliver bilingual communication in Spanish and Portuguese. The Brazilian team will provide the Portuguese version.
- Produce translations from English to Spanish. This includes training courses, education presentations, and other retail tools (skincare prescription cards, iPad tools, etc.)
- Assist in creating content such as videos, digital teasers, and invitations.
- Surveys: create surveys pre/or post-training and analysis with recommendations.
- Prepare and present quarterly reports on the international makeup artist’s events with highlights of animations: best practices to achieve targets, photos, sell-out results, and recommendations for next events.
- Assist with Conventions and Train-the-Trainer’s planning: follow up with Brand Managers on contest guidelines, follow-up on selected participants, visa letters, and compile information for Area Managers and Brand Managers.
- Compile best practices and prepare the LATAM pages for the corporate newsletter.
- Be a co-host during online trainings in Zoom (Master of Lights Program, Givenchy BC Day, Train-The-Trainer, etc).
Orders and Shipping:
- Follow up on orders of gifts and training tools.
- Ensure materials arrive on time.
Invoice tracking:
- Follow up to receive in a timely manner and check invoices from training vendors.
Digital:
E-Retail
- Ensure all E-Retail sites adhere to HQ guidelines.
- Facilitate the timely launch of products on retailers’ websites, ensuring seamless integration of e-retail assets.
- Generate monthly performance reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the developing and management of social media content calendar for E-Retailers.
Influencers
- Review and approve influencers activated in LATAM.
- Create and translate influencer briefs tailored for different regions across LATAM.
- Help to monitor influencer posts and create detailed performance reports.
PRINCIPAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
- BBA preferred
- Strong team player
- Effective project management skills
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, critical thinking & communication skills
- Strong computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Canvas)
- Graphic design, content creation experience.
- Product knowledge and sensibility to luxury & prestige beauty
- Detail-oriented & agile team player able to multi-task and perform duties in an efficient and timely manner.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (knowledge of Portuguese and/or French is a plus)
- Experience in beauty, retail, and/or service industry is a plus.
