Job Description
LVMH Beauty is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with positive leadership skills and supply chain acumen for our Inventory Control Manager position. In this role you will guide the team with data driven solutions that streamline processes and support our continued growth. The Inventory Control Manager will have a team of Hourly and Salaried employees who work on both First and Second Shift. This person should be willing to work flexible hours to ensure leadership support for both shifts.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a staff consisting of cycle counters, supervisor(s), lead(s) and clerk(s)
- Manage perpetual cycle count program, maintaining inventory accuracy level of 99% of better
- Oversee and drive continuous improvement for inventory destruction process
- Oversee and drive continuous improvement for customer product returns process
- Oversee and drive continuous improvement for claims chargeback process
- Handle all inspection request(s) for quality or rework, as needed
- Report results monthly for cycle count and chargeback program
- Ensure all inventory transactions are processed correctly and timely
- Develop and implement inventory control strategies to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing costs and waste.
- Identify root causes for inventory discrepancies and create actions to remedy
- Work with management team to identify opportunities to improve process flows by utilizing new WM tools
- Coordinate and manage all WM and AX projects
- Manage inventory pallets at external (third-party) location
- Other projects/duties as needed
- Conduct all other job-related activities.
- To ensure all SOPs and DC processes are followed, oversee inventory accuracy of 99% or better, and oversee company claims chargeback process

- Lead, mentor, and develop supervisor who directly reports into this role and hourly associates

- Maintain a safe, organized, and secure facility
- Work with HR and support team on on-boarding and training of new hires

Qualifications
- BA or BS Degree Preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years management experience in a Distribution Center environment
- Must have complete working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite to include Excel
- Working knowledge of Manhattan Associates SCALE software package, a plus
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX software package, a plus
- Working knowledge of IBM Cognos Analytics package, a plus
- Fluency or working knowledge of Spanish or French is preferred
- Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published range of $100,000-$110,000.
