Position Description
The Project Manager duties include and are not limited to:
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint review, and sprint retrospective meetings.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets and invoices.
- Ensure proactive communication with project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with development teams to define technical requirements and solutions.
- Monitor progress, track deliverables, and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and clients, translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights.
- Run clients’ meetings with Buildable, set agendas, review scope and budget with clients, and proactively propose/identify solutions to project problems.
- Ensure that project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Create/update weekly budget and status reports.
- Evaluate project outcomes and conduct lessons learned exercises to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Engineering on proposals and opportunities.
- Other tasks to support engineering and design teams.
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem solving and growth mindset
- Fluent in English
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Must be fully eligible to work in the United States
- 3-5 years of tech industry experience (or equivalent demonstrable experience)
- Experience interfacing with customers
Preferred Qualifications/Skills
- BS in business administration, computer science, or related field
- Knowledge of Lean and Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of the Scrum framework
Required Technical Skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
- Knowledge of system integration, APIs, and database management.
- Basic coding knowledge (e.g., Python, Java, or SQL).
- Experience with project management tools such as Airtable, Jira (desired, but not required)

- Hybrid, Remote OK but must be located in the Pacific Northwest.
