Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain relationships with current clients.
  • Develop new relationships with potential customers and identify sales opportunities.
  • Provide technical assistance and support to customers as needed.
  • Conduct visits to retail locations to enhance customer engagement.
  • Update promotional materials and assist in marketing efforts.
  • Actively seek new potential customers to expand our service offerings.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role; B2B sales experience is preferred, although retail sales will also be considered.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
  • Ability to offer technical support and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and minimal supervision required.
  • Willingness to travel within the territory and to other states as necessary.

Qualifications

  • A clean driving record is essential.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
