Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations
- Oversee production and shop productivity
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints
- Assist processing warranty claims
- Schedule appointments
- Selling service labor and products
- Generating estimates
- Coach and develop a successful team that consistently exceeds customer needs
- Supervises and monitors the performance of shop foreperson and technicians
- Conducting post-repair follow-up
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the service department and maintain compliance of contracts and company policies
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience
- Ability to lead and work alongside a team
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Driven ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Supervisory and team work skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment while maintaining accuracy
