What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Property Manager position at Lynco properties?
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Property Manager in day-to-day operations of the property
- Answer phone calls and emails, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional phone etiquette
- Maintain office organization and ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist with upselling additional services to current tenants
- Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Assist with contract management, including lease agreements and renewals
- Perform data entry and file management tasks to ensure accurate record keeping
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, working closely with vendors and contractors
- Assist with facilities management, ensuring the property is well-maintained and meets safety standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in data entry and file management
- Knowledge of property management software is a plus
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
