Our client in Westampton, NJ, is seeking a skilled Billing/Warehouse Clerk for a contract-to-hire opportunity. In this role, you will be responsible for managing invoices, processing shipments, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process invoices for payment.
- Count and label inbound loads accurately.
- Process inbound transactions and create receipts.
- Perform data entry and scan essential documents such as truck logs and Bills of Lading (BOL).
- Track incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Answer phone inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Experience:
- The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of recent experience, particularly with Bills of Lading (BOL)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook is required.
- Knowledge of financial software for billing purposes.
- Familiarity with journal entries and corporate accounting practices.
Pay and Shift:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday; 1st Shift, 7:00/7:30 AM - 4:00/4:30 PM
- Compensation: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
